# Wetlab Plan - 2026-06-08 (current, two-track) - supersedes the 18-pentane SOP

First paid experimental package for the **reconciled two-track portfolio**. Machine-readable panel: `data/processed/wetlab_panel_2026-06-08.csv`. Computational prioritization; **nothing measured yet**.

## Gate order (both tracks)

1. **Shake-flask miscibility** (this panel) — 20/25/40 °C, initial/1h/24h/7d. Kill on any second phase.
2. **Pendant-drop σ / σ(T)** — single-phase survivors only.
3. **Dielectric** (ε, loss, breakdown after water saturation) — top 3-5.
4. **Bare-copper pool boiling** (CHF/HTC) — 2-3 that pass all above. Enhancement stack is Phase-5.

## Tracks

- **Track B (deployable / non-flammable / low-GWP):** the current leads — direct-immersion and regulatory-safe. New chemistry, no MD yet.
- **Track A (sealed / max-performance):** pentane leads — valid for sealed two-phase systems, retained (not deleted); already have MD.
- **Controls:** Pentane+Sulfolane (predicted immiscible FAIL) + Novec 7100 (Δσ=0 reference; Δσ per convention A, σ_pump − σ_blend, `docs/audit/DSIGMA_DEFINITION.md`).

## Kill-gate

> any haze, persistent emulsion, sediment, or visible second liquid phase blocks all later spend

Safety: Track-B leads are non-flammable (open handling). Track-A pentane leads are flammable and require sealed handling + inert headspace. The send-ready CRO RFQ is `PHASE_C_CRO_SHAKE_FLASK_RFQ.md` (DRAFT, not sent).
